When I was in College I got really deep into meditation. At my peak I was meditating every night for at least 30 min, which is a pretty long time to sit still and think about nothing for.
Then somewhere between finishing bachelor’s degree and starting my masters in acupuncture I fell off the meditation wagon. A few years ago I tried getting back into a meditation practice, and I was having a lot of trouble. And then I found the meditation app HeadSpace. An amazing app for anyone wanting to start meditation, but for whatever reason is having trouble getting started.
